Graceful 1920s Home Heads for Orlando Landmark Status

In 1928, Whitfield bought two Edgewater Heights lots at the juncture of Cordova and Seville and hired builder Raymond C. Stevens, a recent arrival from South Florida, to create two houses in that style: one for him at 1000 Cordova and the second, next door at 907 Seville, for his son Charles.
