SAFETY CULTURE

Safety First is a common phrase heard throughout the construction industry. At R. C. Stevens, it is a commitment. A commitment that starts at the top with leadership and is made by each team member – to each team member – and ultimately a promise to our loved ones that at the end of the day, each team member will return home safely.

Our Safety Management Program at R. C. Stevens is custom in its design, implementation, and exceedingly high standards. We believe that knowledge and effective communication are key to working safely and successfully in the busy and often dangerous construction environment. Our ability to recognize and mitigate hazards in real time through education and continuous observation is our most effective tool in ensuring the safety of everyone on the jobsite.

SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
