SUBCONTRACTORS

Please submit business information for prequalification in order to be invited to future bids utilizing our bid management system, Plan Room.

PREQUALIFICATION INFO

Helpful to have on hand:

  • GC References: three projects within 12 months, including phone, email, project name, completion date, and contract value.
  • Trade References: provide three including company, representative’s name, phone, and email.
  • Work under contract, in progress, backlog, annual sales for past two years and largest project (name, contract amount, GC) for each of those years.
  • Save your information at any time and return to complete the online form.
SUBMIT INFORMATION
  • Click to REGISTER.
  • Enter your information and set-up user/password.
  • Once in, click on PREQUALIFICATION tab on left and accept terms.
  • Go to each section and enter info; starred (*) areas are not optional.
  • Note in the Trades tab all of the work that your company performs.
  • Update this information whenever your contact info changes.

Note:

    • Should multiple contacts from company want to be added to the profile, please press the “Follow Project” and create your separate credentials once your company has received the initial Invitation to Bid (ITB) from us.
    • If contacts want to be added before the ITB, please contact estimating@rcstevens.com.
APPROVAL

You will receive an email from one of our preconstruction team members within two weeks.

Please let us know if you do not hear back from us by then.

Once in our bid system, you will be invited to bid opportunities that match your specialties.

BUILD BETTER TOGETHER

We use Procore Construction Management Software — a cloud-based construction software — to manage our projects. The software helps us protect Owners against surprise costs, schedule delays, and any potential disputes with real-time updates and unlimited access to historical information. This software allows access for all stakeholders, including Owners and Subcontractors. Upon project award, an R. C. Stevens team member will send all stakeholders (as they become involved) a request to access the project online free of charge.
