Dawn is a graduate of Stetson University, with almost 20 years of Marketing and Business Development experience. She has been with RCS since 2016 and serves as the Director of Business Development. She believes the key to success in the construction industry is working with people and teams that are always striving to improve. Dawn has been an active member of NAIOP Central Florida. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and their four children. Dawn is an avid triathlete and marathon runner.
