Born and raised in central Vermont, Justin pursued studies at both Florida Tech and Norwich University. Beginning his career in construction working for the family company and as a 15-year small business owner, he later expanded into the commercial side of the industry. After 5 years with the Cianbro team, he briefly joined A/Z Corporation. At R. C. Stevens, Justin began as a project executive over the Tampa market and currently serves as assistant general manager. With more than 30 years of professional experience in the building market, his project expertise includes government and commercial builds, with an emphasis on communal spaces. Throughout his career, Justin has encountered all facets of business management and construction: from design, engineering, and planning to project completion.

A father of three adult children, Justin enjoys playing hockey (the hockey stick has arrived in Florida) and is also an avid reader, golfer, and escape room enthusiast. In his spare time, Justin enjoys renovating and flipping houses.
