General Contracting, Construction Management and Design/Build experience related to estimating, project management and senior executive management.
Tim is responsible for all operations, including executive management functions, field production, quality control, the supervision and coordination of all project management staff, internal reporting systems, all activities relating to operations including, preconstruction, construction, contract negotiations, contract interpretation, multiple contract coordination, change orders, safety management, shop drawings/submittal processing, and as-built documentation.
Expertise includes new construction, design/build, renovation, and retrofit projects.
Tim has been active in the West Orange Community for over 30 years. He is the current Governor appointed Vice Chairman of the Board for the West Orange Healthcare District, serves as the Vice Chair of Winter Garden’s Architectural Review and Historical Preservation Board, is the Chairman of the Trustees for First United Methodist Church in Winter Garden, and has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Florida Housing Development Corp. by the CFO of the State of Florida. He is also a board member for Committee 101, a select philanthropist group of West Orange Chamber of commerce. In addition to the organizations Tim is involved with, he has sponsored charitable fundraisers including; Bloom and Grow’s Spring in the Garden, Winter Garden’s Relay for Life, Mission Trips through local churches and many other charitable events over the years.
Tim is also heavily involved with Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) on a local, state and national level. He is a National Board Member, past Chapter President and past State President. Currently Tim is serving on the National Budget & Finance and Chapter Development Committees for the National ABC Organization.

Project experience includes literally hundreds of construction projects, with emphasis on process/manufacturing facilities including food, dairy, beverage, citrus processing, meat processing, and cold stroage; commercial projects such as, office buildings, financial institutions and religious facilities; AHCA-inspected healthcare projects, medical office buildings and related institutional facilities.

Directs all financial affairs and supervises the preparation of monthly-consolidated financial statements. Maintains the general ledger, subsidiary ledgers and job costing system. Supervises accounting personnel ensuring accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll are processed properly. Monitors multiple bank and investment accounts to effectively utilize cash position. Responsibilities include the facilitation of labor laws, health insurance and 401k-plan administration. Responsible for annual financial statement audit and the preparation of annual budgets and analyzed budget variances.

Before transitioning to private accounting, Arden was an auditor for thirteen years with local and national CPA firms.

Allyn has a wide variety of experience in the construction industry, with expertise in management, cost control, estimating, scheduling, pre-construction and construction phase administration. He is experienced in new construction, design/build and renovation projects. Allyn’s duties include bid package strategy, subcontractor negotiations, contract administration, project personnel, monitoring quality control, subcontractor adherence to the contract, site supervision, change order control and final project close-out.
