Originally built in 1995 and expanded in 2000, this frozen orange juice concentrate (FCOJ) storage facility at the Port of Tampa was a Design/Build project. The facility is used for shipping and receiving for orange juice concentrate.
Phase I was a 20,000 square foot building and Phase II was a 11,640 square foot building.
Some features of the two phase project are;

• The facility is designed to accommodate as many as two more future additions
• The facility is designed to be managed by as few as three people
